Deposit : The deposit payment is considered a reservation of a seat for the course, until the balance payment is completed.
Balance : After the deposit payment, you will receive an email with the proforma invoice and all the details for balance payment. The balance payment is required to be settled within 15 days from the email receipt of the proforma. For further payment terms, please contact our administration office.
Training Path balance: a proforma invoice will be issued for each course and the payment deadline will be split into three instalments (due after 8 days, 30 days and 60 days) or into two instalments (due after 30 days and 60 days) if the total amount is under €5000(vat excluded). In any case, the full balance has to be paid before the first course starts.
In case of a missed payment by the given deadline, the entire instalment plan will be cancelled and a new proforma invoice for each course will be issued at full price.
No refund for courses not attended will be issued.

*Payment via Credit/Debit Card (markup fee: 4,75%) or other Online services are available only for deposit.
*If you need a VISA permit, check the Visa permit rules.

The deposit or balance fees will not be refunded under any circumstances, but another course can be chosen from the official StyleItaliano courses calendar within the following 12 months.

Training Paths refund: no partial refund for courses that are part of the chosen path will be refunded, but another course can be chosen from the calendar.
One course change can be done without additional cost, other changes will require an administration fee of 150€.

In the event that a request is made to postpone participation in a course, please note that the date of the corresponding invoice will remain unchanged and will reflect the original payment date.

The invoice date cannot be changed under any circumstances.

Cancellation/Refund Deposit (for Visa Application)

Reservation cancellation must be requested via email 10 days prior to the selected course starts, and an alternative course date change (next edition available) will be offered.

Reservation cancellation within the 10 day before the course are not refundable.

VAT TAX GUIDELINE

If you have a valid certification as a registered business subject from your local authority, you will be able to redeem the VAT 22%. We will provide a Paperless Invoice (PDF). Within EU the business subject VAT has to be verified by the VIES system.
