Practice KIT Delivery Details

With the registration to one of the Essential Lines or Shape courses you will receive your relative Practice KIT.

Flat Rate Shipping starting from €9,90 (Incl. Vat). Any surcharge fee for remote location, brexit surcharge, custom costs or storage fee will be borne by the recipient.

The Practice KIT will be sent via DHL express courier 24-48h. You will receive the tracking number related to your shipment and you can check the delivery status through this link www.dhl.com/global-en/home/tracking.html

Deposit : The receipt of the deposit payment is considered a reservation of one seat for the course, until the payment of the balance.
Balance : After deposit payment, you’ll receive an email with details for balance payment. Balance payment of FULL PRICE ticket is possible up to the first day course onsite (any discount will not be applied).

Terms of Refund

Courses to be held under health emergency caused by Covid-19

A 400 euro opt-in sum has to be paid to reserve a seat. An invoice will be issued for tax deduction.

Paypal

The refund of payment via paypal will be possible only under proven adverse circumstances due to third parties (flight cancellation, governmental measures, health issues). Any cancellation needs to be submitted at least 24 hours before the start of the course. Evidence must be submitted as soon as the refund is requested. Without evidence no refund will be issued.

Opt-in quote.

In case of restrictions by the Italian government, the opt-in quote will be refunded.
No other extra expense will be at your cost.

Delegates who have paid the opt-in quote for a cancelled course:

Full price:
We are giving a 12 months extension to validate the deposit by booking a new date from the 2022 calendar.

Fully paid courses:

In case of a last minute travel ban or quarantine request from either side:

Option 1 : You can reschedule a new date within 12 months (see the new calendar) with no extra cost

Option 2 : You can request the refund of the balance payment but the deposit will be deducted

If you have a valid certification as a registered business subject from your local authority, you will be able to redeem the VAT 22%. We will provide a Paperless Invoice (PDF).

For the courses still under COVID emergency in 2020 (updating to 2021 if still widely diffuse),

A OPT-IN quote of 400€ should be paid for open and guarantee a seat. An invoice will be issue, tax deductible.

Then if for any reason determined by third parties (air companies or Government or Doctor) we’ll refund the quote (only via Credit/Debit Card Online services (Stripe)):
A documentation of flight cancellation, government issue or doctor health certification should be sent to us as proof to confirm the refund. And any cancellation need to be submitted at least 24hr before the course start. Without evidence no refund will be issue. Instead, a 400€ voucher will be issue good to redeem a in-person course or and online course (valid 12 months).
Of course, if will be an Italian restriction, we’ll refund you the OPT-IN quote. No other refund will be taken in consideration.
Before accommodation, contact us, we suggest you the hotel that will guarantee the cancellation without any fee.

For those who already paid the OPT-IN quote ( €400 deposit) for a cancelled course:

We’re giving a 12 months extension to validate the deposit, booking a new date from our calendar.
We let you maintain the early bird discount if the balance will be close within the original course booked. For instance who had booked for September 2020 and is moving to May 2021 in Milan will access the course with the same fee, which means 300€ in saving, closing the balance prior September 14th.

For who had paid the full course

In case of last minute international travel ban or quarantine: If one of the two countries (your country and Italy) will issue a ban or a quarantine request, we’ll consider two option to recover your payment and participation:
1. Reschedule a new date within 12 months (see the calendar in attachment ). Your early bird discount will be maintained and no extra charge will be request upon location change.
2. Refund you the balance payment. In that case deposit will not be refunded and you’ll loose early bird discount.

IMPORTANT: The deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances. You switch between Summer Edition dates without losing the deposit and the promo price. If you can’t come to Summer Edition dates, you can change date but you’ll lose the promo price.

In case for any reason determined by third parties (air companies or Government or Doctor) you can’t come to attend the course,  you can change date without penalty.
A documentation of flight cancellation, government issue or doctor health certification should be sent to us as proof to confirm the postponement. And any cancellation need to be submitted at least 24hr before the course start. Without evidence you’ll lose promo price.
